• "Landlord" refers to a User who lists property for rent.
• "Tenant" refers to a User who rents or applies to rent property.

To access certain features, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

You are responsible for safeguarding your password. You agree that you will not disclose your password to any third party and that you will take sole responsibility for any activities or actions under your account.

4. Listings and Content

Landlords are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of their listings. RentEkasi does not verify the physical condition of properties listed. We reserve the right to remove any listing that violates these Terms or our policies.

5. Payments and Fees

RentEkasi may facilitate payments between Landlords and Tenants. We are not a bank or financial institution. Any fees charged for the use of our payment services will be clearly disclosed prior to the transaction.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RentEkasi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
